If you want to discover beautiful parts of Greece far from mass tourism and expensive prices this is something for you. We have a modern house built 2016 with all facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Close to beautiful beaches, genuine Greek cuisine, towns, or secluded areas.

2 km from the beach you'll find the Village Livadakia near the old city Koroni in Messinia, Peleponnessos.
Restaurants, pier, boats and friendly atmosphere.
The whole area is great for walking. Discover ancient parts of Greece. Several beautiful beaches and many cosy towns in the area.
Family friendly 3,5 bedrooms with up to 8 persons. "Real"proper beds for 5 persons and extra inflate beds for additonal 3-4 persons. We have inflate-beds that are actually comfortable.
Big balcony and big kitchen. 2 bathrooms with showers.

A play room for kids with toys and books where you can put an extra inflate bed if you need.
Beach-toys, towels, linen and first aid kit is in the house. Feel free to use what you find in the house.
There's a trolley for toddler under the stairs that can be folded and fits in a car.
Helpful neighbour who will put the key under the mat after agreement.
Our small village Livadakia has no restaurants or supermarket so you need a car to get around. It's 2 km to the nearest café and restaurant (by the beach) and 5 km to Koroni town where you´ll find shops, banks, restaurants, bars, playground for kids, pool swimming at Koroni Camping, the ancient Castle and much more.
Plenty of things to see and discover in the area, fantastic food, wine or cultural experience, you will fall in love with this part of the world.

Methoni
Small, cosy town with an very big, old castle and ruins that you should'nt miss when you're here.
Kalamata
Famous for the big, juicy olives that origin from this area. We really recommend a day trip to Kalamata. A long beach strip filled with restaurants, bars and cafés and the impressive Taygetos mountain as a background.
Great play grounds and a lot of fun for kids.

Walking
The whole area is great for walking and you'll fins trails around the mountains.
Sunday Market
Don't miss the Sunday market in Koroni Town. Starts around 9 and ends 13. Here you can purchase goods from the local farmers such as fruits, vegetables, olives, olive oli, honey, etc.
Park the car in front of the school yard by the market or up on the street above the town and walk down.
Pool hang
Tired of the ocean or maybe you have kids who love the pool? In Finikounta you'll find Hotel Golden sun with free pool hang and nice staff. Really nice beach here, too just a few metres away. Don't miss the drinks at the reggeabar at the beach (walk 5 minutes)

Koroni Camping has a beautiful, big pool that you can use for 5 euro per person and day. Sund beds, wifi and a cozy restaurant.
Strandliv

Coroni Castle
Upplev den bysantinska gamla borgen från 1200-talet, nunneklostret och den fantastiska utsikten. Ligger en kort promenad från Koroni stad.
