Important info!

• Don't get locked out! When the wind blows the door can easily closed and you can't open it from outside without a key. Put one of the stones to open the door without risking it to close and don't leave the house without the key.

• No paper in the toilet. This is very common through out whole Greece. The pipes are too narrow. Put the toilet paper in the bin provided.

• Please be careful with the mosquito nets! Kids tend to love to play with them but the break easily and are very expensive.

• Garbage and trash. Put it in the cointainer just outside the village.

• You can drink the water from the tap, it's good!

• Cash withdrawel/Bankomat in Koroni town. Most of the shops and restaurants accept credit cards but we recommend that you bring some euro from home before coming here, just in case. 

• Very dark at night! If you arrive in the night it can be hard to find the first time since there are few road light. Try to reach the house before it gets dark and bring reflex on your clothes if walking in the dark.

• Don't use the barbecue grill if the weather is windy in dry periods. You can accidentally start a grass fire.

• Sometimes the water runs out in the village. This can happen during the hottest period in summer and many people use a lot of water. It usually comes back after a couple of hours. Always keep some extra bottles of water in the fridge and some extra water near the toilet if you need to flush and the water is temporarily out.
